Amplify Evaluation supported the Key Performance Indicator Team utilized a participatory approach to develop key performance indicators for each EOP Network project team, as well as for the broader Network. The work included: metric development, creating an assessment tool for teams to track progress, and drafting a theory of change for the Network.
